We will provide you with a detailed black and white descriptive sketch of your design. This will be accompanied by a quote document describing in-depth scope and components details.

DESIGN

Final Design

After you are ready to move forward with your project, we will guide you through a detailed and simple to follow confirmation process to make sure we have every detail right before proceeding to final plan drawings and fabrication.

MANUFACTURING

Factory Assembly

Construction begins in our facility. Once built, we pre-assemble every piece to ensure everything fits together as expected.

Do I need to hire an architect or designer?

We are happy to work cooperatively through your design team or with you directly. Our experience design team can guide you through the design process and help you fit your vision into a project solution that will look great in your space.

What finish options and colors are available?

You can find your expression in a full range of color options and specialty finishes. We can help the design process along by providing finish samples during the design phase of your project.

If you have a special finish in mind, feel free to contact us to go over some options and choices. You will find a large list of options ranging from the most durable exterior solutions to contemporary interior artisan finishes.

Who do you work with?

What information do you need to start a quote?

How large can my door be?

Steel fabricated pivot doors can be very large, with heights available up to 12 feet, and widths available up to 7 feet.

What kind of materials can my door be made from?

Our steel frame doors can incorporate a variety of materials, textures, and colors, ranging from traditional steel and glass to hardwoods and exotic textural finishes. With a full spectrum of color and design options you will be free to find your own expression in one of the most significant features of your building project.

What is a pivot door?

A common hinge door bears weight on the “jamb” frame at the edge of the door.
A pivot door bears weight on a rotating disc set into the floor offset slightly away from the vertical edge, attached to the bottom of the door.

Pivot doors can be made of more robust weighty materials and still operate without additional friction or structural stress to the door frame. This makes a pivot door an ideal choice to consider when designing a substantial or oversized entry.

Yes, all our products are locally designed and produced in house. We know they're of the highest quality because we're the ones who built them. You can be certain that your support helps to build local community.
